It's the fruit cake Guyanese families serve at Christmas. You might know it as Caribbean black cake, rum cake or Christmas cake.

How long it keeps
Wrapped tight, it keeps a few weeks on the counter and a couple of months in the fridge.
When to order
You can order it any time of year with 2 days' notice. For Christmas, book early: orders open up to 90 days ahead, so you can pick your December date today.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup is free. I also deliver in Toronto and around the GTA, and text you the delivery fee after you order. Pay by Interac e-Transfer or card.
