Guyanese cassava pone
Grated cassava and coconut, spiced and baked until it's dense and golden, with darker caramelised edges. I cut it in squares and bake every pan to order.
Two pan sizes
Get the 8 x 8 pan for $20 or 9 x 13 pan for $35.
Cassava pone or cassava cake?
Filipino cassava cake is softer and has a custard layer on top. Pone is the Guyanese one: dense squares you can pick up with your hand.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup is free. I also deliver in Toronto and around the GTA, and text you the delivery fee after you order. Pay by Interac e-Transfer or card.
