Guyanese sponge cake
A light sponge, baked in a loaf pan in cherry or lemon, $25. I bake every one to order in my home kitchen.
Cherry or lemon
The cherry sponge has red cherries all through the crumb, like the one in the photo. The lemon is the same sponge made with lemon. Pick one when you add it to your order.
The other Christmas cake
In a Guyanese house at Christmas, sponge cake sits on the table next to the black cake. If you're ordering one, think about the other.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup is free. I also deliver in Toronto and around the GTA, and text you the delivery fee after you order. Pay by Interac e-Transfer or card.
